A Personalized, Medical Approach to Weight Loss

For patients who meet clinical criteria, we may incorporate prescription weight-loss medications alongside nutrition and lifestyle guidance. When combined with healthy eating and movement, some patients have experienced significant weight reduction under medical supervision.

Prescription Weight-Loss Medications We Offer

At Posh, we offer Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, medications in the class known as GLP-1 receptor agonists, which have been shown to support weight loss in patients with obesity when used alongside diet and exercise. These medications are not intended for cosmetic weight loss or for those seeking to lose only a few pounds. Patients must meet specific medical criteria to be considered.

How GLP-1 medications work:

Help reduce appetite
Slow gastric emptying
Increase feelings of fullness
Support long-term habit development for weight maintenance

Semaglutide is administered once weekly by injection and is available by prescription only.

Injection Boosters

These injections may be used as supportive wellness services and are optional.

Vitamin B12 Injection – $45

Vitamin B12 supports energy production, metabolism, red blood cell formation, and nerve function. Low B12 levels may contribute to fatigue. Some patients report improved energy, focus, and mood.

Vitamin D3 Injection – $30

Vitamin D3 supports immune health, bone strength, and nerve function. Deficiency is common and may contribute to fatigue.

Lab testing is required prior to Vitamin D3 injections.

Lipo “Skinny Shot” – $45

LipoStat injections may help support metabolism and energy production. Some patients use this as an adjunct to their weight management plan.

Glutathione Injection – $30

Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that supports cellular health, liver function, and immune response. Levels naturally decline with age and stress.

Not available for individuals with sulfate or milk allergies.
