Michele Britvec, FNP-C
Owner, CEO & Lead Care Provider
Michele is the founder of Posh Health and Wellness and has been providing quality healthcare to her patients in the community for over 30 years. As a Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, Michele is the lead care provider for all of our services, ensuring each patient receives personalized, comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs.
Raised in East Peoria, Michele is committed to keeping her practice local and serving the community she calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and her dog.
Allison Britvec, RN
Posh East Peoria
Allison is a Registered Nurse (RN) at Posh Health and Wellness and serves as a key provider across all of our services, ensuring patients receive safe, high-quality care tailored to their needs. Prior to joining Posh, Allison spent six years in Emergency Medicine, gaining extensive experience in patient care and acute medical support.
Raised in East Peoria, Allison is excited to provide healthcare services to her community and is dedicated to helping patients improve their overall health, wellness, and well-being.
Marna VanOrder, RN
Posh East Peoria
Marna is a Registered Nurse (RN) at Posh Health and Wellness and serves as a key provider for all of our services, delivering high-quality, personalized care to every patient. With 16 years of experience in critical care and general nursing, Marna brings both expertise and compassion to her work. She specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, IV hydration therapy, and vitamin injections, combining her medical knowledge with a creative approach to help patients feel confident and cared for.
Before becoming a nurse, Marna practiced as a licensed cosmetologist, which gives her a unique perspective on aesthetics and wellness. Raised in East Peoria, she is proud to serve her community. In her free time, Marna enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs.
Hailey Grace, FNP-C
Lead at Posh Bloomington-Normal
Hailey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years o experience in nursing. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of caring for patients across the entire lifespan, from newborns to older adults, allowing her to develop a comprehensive, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
Hailey is passionate about helping individuals feel confidence in themselves while enhancing their natural beauty. She believes in meeting each patient where they are, listening closely to their goals, and delivering thoughtful, personalized care that supports both wellness and self-confidence.
She resides in Bloomington with her family and enjoys sports, animals, attending her children's activities, and spending time outdoors. Her dedication to both her patients and her family reflects the balance and authenticity she brings to every aspect of her life and practice.
