Cancellation Policy

To best serve all patients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, including new patient, initial, follow-up, or routine visits.

 

Appointments missed without sufficient notice may incur a $25.00 no-show fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
